Residential Spray Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Weed Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in weed control and herbicide application. This role requires hands-on work with power and hand tools and the ability to operate lawn treatment equipment. The Technician will be responsible for applying treatments and ensuring high-quality service for our clients.

Duties:

• Apply herbicides to turf for weed control
• Arrive on time and maintain a positive attitude
• Maintain a clean driver’s license
• Operate Z-machines (helpful but not required)

Schedule & Pay:

• Workday starts at 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday (some Saturdays required)
• 10–11 hour workdays in peak seasons
• 40 hours/week in winter (weather permitting)
• 45+ hours/week in spring and summer
• Pay starts at $23/hour, with increases based on timeliness, attitude, and work ethic
