Lawn Specialist / Technician

We are a fast-growing, local family owned and operated lawn care company serving homeowners in southern Davidson County, most of Williamson County, and parts of Rutherford and Maury Counties. Our focus is professional weed control, fertilization, and lawn health programs—not mowing. We invest heavily in training, equipment, and our people, and we’re building a team of technicians who want more than “just a job.”

What You’ll Do

• Apply liquid and granular fertilizer and weed control treatments
• Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, disease, insects, soil conditions)
• Educate homeowners on proper lawn care practices
• Operate professional application equipment (sprayers & spreaders)
• Maintain accurate service notes using a mobile app
• Represent the company professionally at every property

No mowing, no landscaping installs, no sales pressure. We want:

• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented teammates who enjoy working independently and outdoors
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Lawn care or category 3 pesticide experience preferred but not required

(We provide paid training & licensing support)

Pay & Benefits

• $20-$35/hour based on experience
